Is-sinjal għal DEAF CLUB għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) Fl-ewwel parti jsir is-sinjal għal NIEQES MIS-SMIGĦ jew deaf. Dan isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ U u tagħti daqqa ħafifa fuq il-widna. (ii) Imbagħad, fit-tieni parti, l-id tieħu l-forma ta’ Ċ kbira u titqiegħed livell mas-sider u ħafna iktar ’il barra.

Ġieli s-sinjal taċ-Ċ isir fuq il-widna jew ftit ’il barra u laġenba mill-widna. F’din il-varjazzjoni t-tieni parti tkompli ma’ l-ewwel parti qisha kontinwazzjoni tagħha.

The sign DEAF CLUB consists of two parts. (i) The first part is the sign for HEARING-IMPAIRED or DEAF. This is made with one hand in the shape of U. The fingers hit the ear lightly. (ii) In the second part the hand changes into a large C shape and is placed out at chest level.

Sometimes the Ċ sign is made over the ear or a little away to the front and side of the ear. In this variation the Ċ part flows on from the first part of the sign.
